Our goal/promise:
All products sold by Pleasurable Piercings, Inc. are guaranteed to be free from manufacturer defects to the best of our knowledge.
Information:
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If for some reason any items are defective or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. You will be given a Return Material Authorization number for use when returning the defective items. Defective items will be replaced with identical items, or their cost will be credited to your account. All items must be returned in their original packaging and include a written description of the defect. In addition, jewelry must also be clearly marked with gauge/length and description of the defect. Returned items must be received within 5 business days from the day the RMA was provided.
Non-defective returns:
We are not responsible for damages to jewelry, tools and other products due to your improper care, misuse or error. When ordering jewelry it is your responsibility to order the correct style, gauge, size and material for your specific need. When ordering tools or other supplies, it is your responsibility to order the correct products for their correct intended use.
Returns of non-defective items may be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. A RMA number is required for approved non-defective returns.
Custom Orders:
All custom jewelry and products will be considered a final sale. No returns will be accepted.
